Filtered Views and Calculations

It is common to configure multiple database views over one or more tables in order to present data in a particular way with restricted, calculated or filtered content. Basix:Platform® now includes enhanced support for these types of views, avoiding the need for custom business components in most cases. Configuration settings now allow consultants to set up filter conditions, automated refresh, flag fields as calculated, and even support external number generation facilities using identities or custom code in database triggers.
